A company's work consists of many tasks that are solved by the employees.
As in life, in Togezzer the task goes through several stages: formulation, confirmation, execution and completion.
The author of the task sees the change of statuses and understands when the task is ready. You can keep in touch with the task owner in a separate chat. The chat is automatically created together with the task. At the end of the week, you can see the statistics of your task progress.
The article uses examples of mobile interface. On the computer the functionality of work with tasks is similar except the appearance of the cards.

The "Inbox" folder is all that requires your participation
All tasks that require your participation fall into your “Inbox”. Inside the folder, the tasks are sorted into categories: “New”, “Need to check”, “Blocked”.
The” Inbox” contains tasks that require your attention: new tasks, completed tasks and blocked tasks.
New tasks which are assigned to you personally or to a group with the type "Department" in which you belong. You can plan them, after which the task will be added to your schedule.
In the section "Need to check" are the tasks you have created, which the performer marked as completed. If you are satisfied with the quality of the work, click "Close". Otherwise, return the task for improvement.
In the "Blocked" section are the tasks that you have completed, which the submitter has sent for revision. In the task chat, the submitter describes the reason why the task is not accepted. Remove the comments and submit them for verification again.
This section will also show your tasks that cannot be completed according to the performer. In the task chat, the performer has specified the reason why the task cannot be completed. Once the obstacles are removed, you can send the task back to work.
Weekly task list
When you accept a task, you will be asked to schedule it for this or next week. The task may also have a deadline that has been set by the submitter. You can confirm or, by agreement, shift the date. All scheduled tasks can be seen in the “Current week” section.
Task performance statistics, week-end results
At the end of the week you can see how many of the planned tasks were completed. If all the tasks have been completed, you will receive a virtual reward.
At the end of the week, you and your manager can see
how effective were all tasks handled.

By default, the card contains the performer, name and description. If you need additional components, they are added after creation.
Additional elements of the task card
The card has a chat room where you can discuss the issue in a narrow circle without involving the participants of the general chat. You can go to a task chat from your card by clicking on the "Messages" button.
You can also go to the "Chats" section and find a chat with the task name.
