What we have?
Tasks control. We have enabled a system, which will always keep you updated with the new tasks or new information as well as keep an eye on changing status of previously created ones. You can see a list of all your tasks with due dates, you can easily plan the week, track performance, and even receive virtual rewards.
You can plan all the tasks that you receive. You'll get a list for the upcoming week tasks and can easily understand when and which task is expected from you to be completed.
Once you receive a task from Togezzer, you can either plan it for a convenient time or accept the deadlines suggested by the task creator.
Different types of groups. Besides the usual group, you can now create groups with the types "Project", "Group Chat", "Process".
We have received valuable information on how companies use the task board for recurring actions and in the next update we plan to make more changes to the logic of the "Processes" group.
My Space — contact list of all your colleagues
All groups of the space are now visible in the "Groups" section. You can switch groups categories and see the number of participants in them.
What about the web version?
Yes we have it! app.togezzer.net. It is easier to track task statuses and you can even search for tasks by performer or a group.
The administrator can edit users, groups, positions and departments.
